The growing grid features two magnificent towers connected by balconies. The lower tower has 6 floors, while the taller one has 12, both incorporating pockets of greenery for maximum sunlight and airflow, enhancing the spatial experience. The central space hosts diverse programs, blending core spaces with landscaping, challenging conventional commercial spaces. LEED certified, the towers' clean floor plates provide spatial flexibility and minimal waste. The versatile floor plan accommodates various programs. From the basement and stilt parking, the space opens into a central core, housing amenities and semi-commercial spaces on the ground floor.
